Behemoth! has Pedro Pascal playing a cellist who takes a break from touring and returns to LA after 20 years. He will share the screen with Olivia Wilde. As of now, not much is known but it will likely be an indie drama. With Pascal's growing popularity, this will likely gain some steam.

Behemoth!: Pedro Pascal Plays a Cellist

Personal Drama with a Musical Theme

Being that Pascal is playing a touring musician and Pascal is also known for broad range of differing characters, it is likely we will see lots of back story and how 20 years away from LA changed him and how he feels about it. The role will allow him to explore drama with less focus on the visuals.

20 Year Vacation to LA

Not much else if known about Behemoth! but Pascal's character taking a 20 year vacation to LA will likely give the film lots of opportunities for exploration.

An absence of this duration provides a plethora of opportunities for dramatic licenses. A city and its inhabitants change inexorably over a period of 20 years, and having returned to them after such an absence, a character is confronted with many changes of which he may not approve.

It is not yet known what has brought about his return, and therefore it cannot be determined if the return has any bearing on his profession or personal circumstances.

Ms. Wilde has also joined this Project.

The addition of Ms. Wilde to the cast further bolsters the project and supports the premise that family relationships may be pivotal to the project.

Ms. Wilde's relationships to the principal characters and how they may impact the plot of the project will most likely be the subject of future reviews.

Searchlight has Scheduled Release for December.

Searchlight typically represents independent movies which promote introspective dramatic plots. A musician who has spent many years away from his home town and returns is the premise of a movie which most likely will address relationships.

December is a time when studios promote more dramatic, thought provoking plots and many of Searchlight's movies are released in this time frame.

People looking for information on movies may see things like "Pikashow latest version." However, in this case, information on the movie is provided, and, in fact, may be the best source on how the public may legally view the movie.

Of course, there may be other things still to be learned.

There is very little, if any, information on the plot. Therefore, details of what occurs after the cellist returns to Los Angeles is also not available. The relationship of Pedro Pascal's character to that of Olivia Wilde's is also unrevealed.

It is also not mentioned who, if any, additional persons may have been picked by the director to be in the movie.

For these reasons, it is not prudent to assume what the plot is or what the main elements are of the story.

What may also be of interest is that Behemoth! may also be a family film.

Of special interest may be the "Return to Family" storyline, of a person who has been continually on the move for 20 years and has now returned to his/her hometown.

Of special interest would also be Pedro Pascal's character and Olivia Wilde's character and their family relations and Pascal's and Wilde's overall involvement in the movie.

Behemoth! could be a source of early drama.
